What you will do
In this role, you'll work across the engineering organisation to:
Design and build agentic workflows that automate and accelerate parts of the SDLC
Develop the tooling and orchestration layer for AI-assisted code review, testing, and delivery
Identify bottlenecks in developer workflows and build AI-powered solutions to remove them
Maintain and evolve our internal developer portal and shared tooling
Create data-driven insights that help teams understand and improve their engineering practices
Collaborate closely with product and platform teams to drive adoption of new tools and workflows
This is hands-on engineering work with high impact on the whole engineering organisation. You'll ship things that change how the entire company builds software.
What we're looking for
You are an engineer with a strong software development background who:
Has built production systems and understands what makes them reliable
Is curious about AI, LLMs, and agentic patterns — and wants to apply them to real problems
Cares about developer experience and thinks in terms of reducing friction at scale
Communicates clearly and enjoys working across teams to find pragmatic solutions
Is comfortable navigating ambiguity — this is a fast-moving space and we're charting new territory

Cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and infrastructure as code (Terraform)

Working with LLMs, AI APIs, or building agentic systems
Data analysis and visualisation (BigQuery, VertexAI, or similar)
Containerisation and orchestration (Kubernetes)
